Es kann geschehen, dass plötzlich alle Indizien, Aussagen, ja sogar DNA Analysen darauf hindeuten, dass eine Person der Täter sein kann. Was aber wenn Indizien, Aussagen oder gar DNA manipuliert oder fälschlich widergegeben werden? Will ein Insasse eine weitere DNA Analyse, muss er diese selber bezahlen, wer aber von den Inhaftierten hat das Geld dazu?
So kann es geschehen, dass jemand über Jahre unschuldig in der Todeszelle oder im Gefängnis "fest"- sitzt. Kämpft, um die Unschuld zu beweisen und das aus der Zelle heraus, wo es kein Telefon, kein Email und wenig Besuchsmöglichkeiten gibt. Verurteilte bekommen zwar Anwälte zur Seite gestellt, aber ob alle Anwälte für "die Sache" kämpfen oder einfach nur um des Geldes wegen ihren Job tun, darüber gibt es keine Statistik. Respektive habe ich keine gefunden. Alles dreht sich um den Kampf für Gerechtigkeit und Freiheit!

Übermäßige gerichtliche Sicherheitsleistung soll nicht verlangt noch sollen übermäßige Geldstrafen auferlegt noch grausame oder ungewöhnliche Strafen verhängt werden.
- Was aber ist mit dem richtigen Täter? Wie geht er damit um, dass eine andere Person an seiner Stelle hingerichtet wird?
- Was macht es mit den Angehörigen des Opfers, wenn sie erfahren, dass nicht der richtige Täter den Tod des oder der Opfer, gesühnt hat?
- Wie fühlen sich Richter und Geschworene, wenn sie erfahren, dass sie jemandem zu Unrecht zum Tode verurteilt habe?
