Pobert Pruett mit 15 Jahren zu 99 Jahren Gefängnis. Im Jahr 2002 zum Tode verurteilt und in die Death Row, Texas geschickt, für einen Mord am einem Wärter.
6 mal wurde er zur Hinrichtung geplant. 5 mal wurde die Hinrichtung verschoben, nun beim 6 mal wurde die Hinrichtung vollstreckt. Er wurde 38 Jahre alt und hat 23 Jahre hinter Gitter gelebt. Möge er in Frieden fliegen
Ein unglaublich umstrittener Fall! So viel Ungerechtigkeit in einem Fall ist kaum zu fassen. Im Alter von 15 Jahren, geriet sein Vater mit einem Mann in streit, dieser wurde getötet. Robert war nicht aktiv an der Tötung beteiligt, der Vater tötete den Mann. Der Vater erhielt ebenfalls eine Gefängnisstrafe und Robert wurde zu 99 Jahren Gefängnis verurteilt und das mit 15 Jahren!!!!
Der Mord 1999 am Wärter ist ebenfalls sehr umstritten. Es gibt viele verschiedene Indizien und Fakts, aber ausser einem kleinen, kleinen Blutspritzer auf seinen Kleider wurden keine Beweise gefunden, die eindeutig belegen dass der Wärter mit Robert überhaupt im Kontakt war. Wäre Robert der direkte Mörder gewesen, hätten viele Spuren und massive Blutrückstände gefunden werden müssen. Man geht davon aus, dass durch die Korruption im Systemgefängnis, die Schuld auf Robert transferiert wurde.
Ein spezielles Leben, die Mehrheit dessen hinter Gitter zu verbringen und stetig um das Leben kämpfen zu müssen. Denn das amerikanische Gefängnissystem, hat seine ganz eigenen Regeln, welche eine enorme Herausforderung für jeden Gefangenen stellen, geschweige an einen 15 jährigen. Es ist äusserst hart zu verstehen, wie man einen so jungen Menschen sein Leben lang einsperren lässt. Es scheint, dass niemand das Gute in einem Menschen sehen kann und man diesem jungen Menschen nicht zugetraut hatte, dass er aus seiner Beteiligung etwas lernen kann. Null Chance für diesen Menschen.....
Wenn eine Hinrichtung stattfindet, bei dem ein Wärter oder ein Saatsbeamter getötet wurde, veranstalten Kollegen von ihm, eine Mahnwache und lassen dabei die Motorenheulen, als Zeichen der Genugtuung.

He has steadfastly claimed that others framed him in the 2002 killing of a corrections officer who was stabbed to death at a prison near Corpus Christi.
