NEW RULE FROM THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Specifically the new rule states:
Offenders are prohibited from maintaining active social media accounts for the purposes of soliciting, updating, or engaging others, through a third party or otherwise.
